My top five: (posted here)

  1. The Unofficial Patches (yes, I’m rolling them all up into one: Oblivion, DLCs, SI)
  2. Bobos Summoned Chest: A magically believable way to collect all the dungeon loot.
  3. Almost Everything Visible When Distant: Completely changed the world to me.
  4. Enchanting and Spellmaking: Helpful to non-mage characters such as myself.
  5. Beautiful People: Large selection of choices for character customization.

I like all my dozens of mods, but these would be my absolute must have:
DMC Stylish with One Hand Block + DMC Sworddancer
NEC Character Eva
High Rez Skin Textures for HGEC (I count it towards mod for this list)
Open Cities
OOO
