This is The Alluta. He is not my only character in Fallout 3, but he is my most played one. His tag skills are Small Guns, Repair, and Energy Weapons. In truth, he kinda looks like me, only my hair's lighter, my nose not so big, and my expression not so uncertain.

Currently @ Level 8
Strength 9 (Bobblehead and Ant Strength Perk from Those! rawr!)
Perception 5

Charisma 7 (upped via perk)
Intelligence 8 (Bobblehead)
Agility 7 (upped via perk)
Luck 3 (Bigtown 8 ball added two points)
Going for Melee, and Big Guns with my new cyborg Alita character. Though I do have a little side dish of small arms because I enjoy sniping. :3 Intelligence is a no brainier to invest in since it helps you level, I usually never bother with luck, I really don't see that big of a difference in my crits when I have it high, or have it at 5. 5 in luck suffices generally, which I tend to with how I play build up with the Bigtown 8 ball and two investments via perks.
By 20 I should have a nice SPECIAL layout.
