Which quest is the most annoying in Oblivion?

Taking a que from Webslugs: Which quest is the most fun in Oblivion? Comes: Which quest is the most annoying in Oblivion?
(The following may/does contain spoilers ;) ).
I was discussing Oblivion vs. Morrowind with my niece, when it came up (and we both agreed upon) that the most annoying quest was Paranoia.
Yes you know the quest. You arrive in Skingrad and are immediatly set upon by Glarthir, the annoying woodelf. If that is not bad enough, you are then set on upon by Dion, the captain of the Skinguard guard.
What annoys me is, you take painstaking measures to spy upon those Glarthir nominates (for whole days!), only to find at the end that they are ALL innocent and that Glarthir is not only annoying but homicidal grrr!
The only redeeming features are you can either falsely accuse someone to Glarthir
, or my favourite: Go tell Dion. When Dion asks for evidence, go search Glarthirs basement for evidence. When you give the evidence to Dion, he will gladly hack Glarthir to pieces (there seems to be a lot of homicidal people in Cyrodiil).
But, yeah. Spying on multiple people 24 hours a day, and finding none of them are out to get Glarthir at the end really annoys me
Die Glarthir!

I'm most annoyed by the escort quests with Martin and Jauffre.
They mount their horses, can't even keep up with me running normal, then unmount to kill rats far off the road, wander back to their horses, for some reason fail to mount, asf
I started to kill all Priory horses beforehand, to make them run normal

I always fast travel with jauffre and martin, says all the hassle. But Glarthir, yes, I get the cash then turn him in and watch the guards chase him around.

Yes, apart from the Glarthir quest, escort quests are SO annoying.
The npc's will run off and attack the nearest enemy, regardless on they're useless weapons and armour, regardless of overwhelming odds, if they are half dead. They would attack an army of Balrogs, with a stick, totaly nude, even if they're arms and legs are cut off just meters from the quest goal. Kamikazee style. Even if you use a custom ressurect spell, they will still register as dead, quest failed.
Fast travel for the win!
