I have only played the Fighters Guild quests. I heard the DB quests can be a lot of fun.

For me,has to be the Thieves Guild.It has many quests and the final one was awesome.

i found in vanilla Oblivion The Thieves Guild has the best quests.

modded i would say mage guild with Giskard's Origin of The Mage Guild mod.

i have to say the dark brother hood is the best because i like going behind people with mods turned on to slit there troats and be able to go in all the dark places...
