Which guild in Oblivion has the best quests?

I'll give the Dark Brotherhood a go then, it sounds like much more fun than the Fighters Guild. Hopefully the quests are not as annoying...

Thieves Guild . The DB ones were a bit too bloody and evil.

I have to go with the Dark Brotherhood. I actually enjoyed it a little more than the main quest. Well okay The Defense of Bruma modded to go on for 20 minutes as opposed to 5 in the vanilla version, is the best quest. But only if Defense of Bruma is modded to drag the fight out, then it feels really epic.
