I think Anvil. I love the buildings, and the surrounding countryside. I also have the Anvil Harbour Extension mod and it makes it seem a lot more like a proper pirate port.

For me, it is thte imperial city. The sewers to sneak around in, places where I should't be like vampire den's or shop basements.

All the taverns, inns and bars for relaxing and socialising. So many people, so many opportunities for larceny :wink:
