What is your favorite City in Oblivion?

I think it gives all the cities a breath of fresh air. It got boring seeing all the guards with the same old grey armor on.

Anvil is my favorite. With graphic mods, the bay just looks absolutely awesome. Even in vanilla Oblivion, it was good for a vanilla game. Plus, it is more quiet than most of the other cities, creating a more peaceful atmosphere.
