I haven't tried Kotor 1 although I have played Kotor 2 and really liked it.
Would you recommend Kotor 1? Is the game play/story as good?

Oblivion I think, I got it in when it was released (I had to wait for my new computer to arrive before I could play it though, that was torture), and I still play it.

Daggerfall, aside from Mario and Sonic it was the first game I really played, and I played consistently. My brother got it, and I wound up playing it much more than he did. It kind of got me into gaming, rather RPGs. Let me think, WoW I suppose consumed a lot of my time over the course of time I played it, though I wasn't exactly a hardcore player. My ex-b/f got me into it, and he was one of those crazy raiders. This was back when Molten Core and Onyxia were the hotspots, even before BWL. I would raid once and while, but it began to bore me. Plus when we broke up I quit the game for like a year. I would play it on and off after that with people I knew in r/l. I was a PvP junky, but when WoTLK came out I got tired of the monotony and just canceled my account.
Oblivion occupies my time in intervals. I go a long time without playing then I come back load up on all the newest mods and it provides me with fun for a few months whenever I get the chance to play. Fallout 3 had my attention for a chunk of December and January, but most recently a game that had me totally hooked was Saint's Row 2. I love that game, and found myself playing it through like 3 times over.
Now I'm getting back into the whole Oblivion groove, I should have some free-time coming up to invest in it again. I must admit I have missed my most recent character.

Ohh, WoW just reminded me what game held my intrest the longest:
Star Wars Galaxies. It used to be awesome, and it was hella fun to hold your title as being the best spy and one of the best commandos. Made you the first target in PvP. SOE screwed the game up by making a sandwich out of the code and making the lag so bad that people would lose connection in a 15 on 15 fight.
