This Mod Adds A Player Owned TreeHouse Opposite IC WaterFront,

Across The Water, South Of IC. Just North of the Elven Ruin, Vindasel.

The TreeHouse Consists Of:

Main Entrance Platform

Dining and Seating Platform

Training Platform

Sleeping Platform

Storage Platform

Odd Platform

A 'Hidden' Platform

and A Fishing Platform.

All Storage Chests Are Safe For Personal Storage Unless Stated

Otherwise In its Name. I.E -

"Fishing Baits" ( RESPAWNS ), obviously stats in the name

that the chest will respawn, so is not safe for storage.

Installation
------------

If you have the original M_M Tree House mod installed, remove all personal items,
uninstall mod via Authors recommended uninstall instructions, Install this mod and play.

Installing THIS mod
-------------------

Extract to temporary location ( I use teh desktop for this )

Copy Textures, Meshes and ESP file to your Oblivion Data Folder,

Merge Meshes and Textures when prompted.

Open Oblivion Splash Back and tick 'TreeHouse' esp.

Load Oblivion and enjoy the views.

Other Infomation
----------------

Unfortunatly I had difficulty adding a map marker to the tree house.

Luckily there is an Elven Ruin ( Vindasel ) right next door with a

fast travel map marker. Use this to fast travel to your TreeHouse.

Compatibilty
------------

I Built this mod while running 'Alive Waters', 'Natural Habitat',

'Natural Vegetation', 'Natural Water' and 'Natural Weather' By Max Tael,

Therefore sould all be compatible with this mod.

I highly recommend these mods with TreeHouse.
