Godmode and need some help

Ok I DL this file and I tried to extract it to my witcher2 folder, didnt work? I have winrar, apparently it created a folder for I found one and I sent this folder to witcher 2 and as of now nothing seems to work and Im not sure why i wasnt able to extract the file to witcher location I did try. I kept getting errrors says I wasnt able to.I get 4 errors cannot create folder Cooked pc\abilities
cannot create Cookedpc\abilites\geralt_basicxml
the system cannot find the path specified.
