LadyM's Late Night Apartment Remake! (TS3)

I love the Late Night apartments and I've remade several of them to add more rooms and fun activities!

The Simerset - 2br, 2ba

I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization. I added rooms on the main floor, accessible from the elevator in the apartment now. I kept this as a cheaper choice, no hot tubs or pools or anything done outside.



Allegedly built on top of a spring from which all who drank of the waters would find true love, the Simerset has fallen into disrepair. Optimistic sims still come here searching for their hearts desire…and some still find it. One and a half floors.

The Glass Pillar - 4br, 3ba



Centrally located, the Glass Pillar building is a favorite among the fashionable and the trendy. It has some of the cleanest and seldom used kitchens in Bridgeport. Four bedrooms including a butler's room, one and a half floors, trampoline and hot tub. I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.

Crescent Bay Plaza - 4br, 4ba



Sometimes even the best location can fall out of favor. Remodeled cheaply many times, Crescent Bay Plaza is again under renovation which for now just means a lot of noise for its hapless residents. Includes vampire chamber and butler bedroom. 3 floors and pool/hot tub. I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.

Bachelor Tower - 4br, 3ba



For some reason single male Sims seem especially attracted to this building. Perhaps it is the partially covered sports-car parking? Hot tub and three floors. I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.

Breach House - 2br, 2ba



The oldest luxury apartment building in town, an address in Breach House means money… old money. Once you have an apartment in Breach House you don’t give it up. They don’t even have a waiting list with anyone still alive on it! Three floors with rooftop pool and hot tub. I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.
