An efficient studio apartment is offered in the trendy floodgate section of town. Live here and be close to industry and the bustle of the upper bay. One and a half floors, 2 bd, 3bath, vampire chamber and outside fun! I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.

Bridgeport Armory - 3br, 1ba



Once the site of the Bridgeport armory, it was decided that next to a bridge was a poor place to store high explosives. Now the Armory caters to nocturnal city dwellers who like the thick walls and small windows. Pool, hot tub, outside cooking added. I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.

Terpsichore Studios - 3br, 2ba



Open loft spaces for the artists in residence, Terpsichore studios offer live/work spaces to the creative Sim in a transitional neighborhood. Pool, hot tub and exercise equipment in public area. Spacious rooms. I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.

Off Ramp - 4br, 3ba



Slated for demolition during bridge construction, The Off Ramp was spared by a last minute design change. Since all of the residents had vacated, this building is now especially young and hip. 2 floors, spacious living, gnubb in public area. Two vampire chambers (sleeps 3 total) and I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.

Civil Suites - 3br, 2ba



This historic building was once the meeting place of Bridgeport’s movers and shakers. However, lately it has fallen out of fashion and is now the denizen of citizens who do much less shaking and not too much moving either. Public area has trampoline, shuffleboard, hot tub and 2 telescopes outside. I kept the furniture, walls and floors that came with the original apartment and left room for customization.
