Fallout NV GECK updated

People who have bought the game diractly on steam can update the tool in library->tools, but people with DVD version must download the update.
Bethesda has fastly updated the program, available here : G.E.C.K 1.3
it's an archive version, just unpack it in your Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas folder.
