Problems while loading weapons and perks

I've been having problems with loading the weapons into Fallout3.
The loading part I get. I got FOMM and FOSE.
The placing-the-files-in-the-right-directory part I get.
The weapons work fine.
The perks work fine.
But while playing, no image is showing in my inventory for some of the weapons and all of the perks from the perks pack.
Weapons usually are white, with occasional shifting colors while moving around quickly or zooming in/out. Only then I can see a glimpse of the colors it used to have while designed.
Anyone got an idea? That would be great.
Anyone got a solution? That would be better :-)

The pip-boy image says the same as with Perks.
