I have downloaded some of the mods and put the files into the Modules folder in the game file but still cant see the mods in the drop down menu when starting the game. I can only see native. How can I play the mods?

I have an important addition if not a replacement for number 1 slot, Sword of Damocles was an outstanding mod
and i believe it deserves at the very least the 3rd slot on this list. I have to admit, when i clicked this link i thought it would already be on the list but it wasn't and i made an account just for this post.
