Mark II : Electrical field effects increased. Arc size and color changed. The electric field now matches the color of the armor and backpack!

Blue is the favorite color so the first upload version is blu
I HOPE a person good with the GECK can assist me to make a QUESTS for this!!
this is the replace for now
soon will be Metalic Orange, Crimson red, (ooz green finished!) and UV purple type
as for now this is the REPLACE one so make the backup of yor TESLA armor that you already have in the folder
then just put mine in there and then all the Tesla's will be this new one i made. i know it is cool to see the beautiful telsa army but i want this unique and with the GOOD quest to obtain in.
