Tech Terrace

I hope you like this remake, I sure do. I am too busy to crop the screenshots I took so please visit the album here. This lot has 4 units, 3BDR/2BTH with a completely furnishied "townie" apartment on the ground floor. The first floor apartment is also totally furnished. The common area has a pool table, bar, games and the outside has a garden, playground, fruit trees and workout area. I've always loved this apartment and now 4 sim families can love it too!
