Summonable Private quarters v2.30b _ with Cobl SI & OBSE
=========================================================
More functionality in the same small space... and still room to spare.
Now... even more funky tools.

Description
A small, comfortable, useful room for the purpose of storing your gear, resting your head when needed, making spells, brewing potions and crafting your equipment in peace and solitude.

The room is accessed ONLY through a magical portal.
The portal summoning spell is enchanted on a scroll that can be found in the ayleid ruin of Hame, in the east, near the border of Morrowind, north of origins of the Silverfish River, east of the Reed River (for more location details see "the scroll's location" section farther down).
Once you have read the scroll, the spell will stay with you

The place is packed full of useful utilities for the wandering adventurer. There's single bed and lots of storage space.
The box of wonders is a device for manipulating items. you can strip an item from it's enchantment, transfer an enchantment from one item to another, switch an armor piece from heavy to light armor (and back), switch an amulet item to tail slot (and back), and change an outfit's hide amulet and rings state.
For the mages and alchemists there are enchanting and spell making altars, the excellent ingredients sorter of the Cobl project that stores all ingredients in one click, a magical ingredients multiplier box which works once a day when touched with a fortify magicka spell and an alchemy set that works by activating it on the worktable(Syclonix's "At Home Alchemy") no need for holding it in your inventory.
For those with sticky finger and fast hands you'll find a lockpicking training box (same as in the thief's den DLC) and a barrel which will clean the stolen tag of items but only one at a time.
For worshipers of mephala among you, there's a small altar which bestow the blessing of mephala upon you once a day (restore attributes and cure... with a twist).
There's also a garbage barrel that can be emptied by activating in sneak mode

I made this, yet another portable room/dimensional pocket/parallel world .. whatever, mod because none of the ones I saw fitted me, they were either too complex when I just wanted a bed and a chest, or too simple to meet my needs.

Requirements
The Shivering Isles expansion.
Common Oblivion (Cobl) .
Oblivion script extender _ v16(OBSE) .

Installation
The usual.. copy the esp file to your Oblivion/data/ folder and mark it in the Data files menu when starting the game launcher.
If you use the "At Home Alchemy" mod, by Syclonix, remove it. I have incorporated it in here.
For Cobl and OBSE, please refer to the extensive installation instructions which are included with them.

UPGRADING FROM PRE-2.0 NOTICE!!
THE OLD INGREDIENTS CONTAINERS ARE GONE... AND SO IS THEIR CONTENTS!!
In order to keep your hard earned ingredients take the following steps BEFORE(!!) updating to the new version.

1. Go to the room and take all your ingredients out of the containers on both sides of the alchemy table.
2. place all ingredients in any other container in the room or just keep them in your inventory (if you're over-encumbered use 'tgm' in the console).
3. make a new save and close Oblivion.
4. Now, that you have emptied you ingredients containers, you can safely overwrite 'PrivateQuarters.esp' with the new one and stock ingredients in your shiny new sorter.

** all other containers in the room are safe and will not be damaged by the upgrade.

Conflicts / Known Issues

1. If you've just entered SI for the first time and still limited to the fringe do NOT save and exit the game inside the quarters.
Reason is, the mod contains a "rescue" script in the highly unlikely event of getting stuck in the quarters when the script looses the return coordinates.
If the portal was summoned in SI, the player is transported to the new sheoth palace, it is the natural choice (the tamriel "emergency" return is the IC market), but this could result in some problems to this particular part of the main SI quest.
2. Don't sleep in the room when expecting a night visit (by Lucien Lachance or Casta Flavus etc..) they might get stuck in the room.
If by some accident you have an NPC stuck in the room you can "move" it outside with the console... open console, click the NPC so it's reference is showing on-screen, get out of the room, enter 'MoveTo Player' in the console.
3. If you have any of the mods mentioned above disable them as they are included here.

The scroll's location
I've had several complains that the scroll is better hidden than I thought it to be so here's some clarification.
The scroll can be found in the ayleid ruin of Hame in the east near the border of Morrowind, north of origins of the Silverfish River, east of the Reed River.
Once inside hame descent to the 3rd level called "Hame Silasel".
In the level there are 3 switches opening 3 hidden doors, the last door to be opened reveals a room inhabited by a necromancer (see included screenshot 'hame_silasel.jpg').
Go to farthest corner from the room's entrance, you might use a light, there's a scroll leaning against the wall (see included screenshot 'Scroll_Location.jpg') that is your target.

I got the original idea when I found "D&D Portable Hole" by DrChi, much of the script is from Symbiode's Dimensional Pocket Tutorial which I rewrote.
Along the way I received aid from a lot of helpful people, first among them is "scruggsywugssy the ferret" and many others in the Elder Scrolls CS forum.

* Many thanks to the masters: Ian Patterson (ianpatt), Stephen Abel (behippo), Paul Connelly (scruggsywuggsy the ferret)... the authors of OBSE .
* The Cobl team for a great project.
* Syclonix.. author of "At Home Alchemy".
* Parp.. author of the Ayleid ruins Guidebook.

I can't take credit for much in this work, most of the mod's functions have been taken from or inspired by others, except the room's atmosphere, which I hope you'll like :).
If you see fit to publish this anywhere, mentioning my name would be nice.

change log
since 2.30:
re-fixed the lock-picking trainer.
Fixed the enchantment transfer. now weapon charge will be transfered too.

since 2.24:
added the box of wonders. a device for manipulating items. you can strip an item from it's enchantment, transfer an enchantment from one item to another, switch an armor piece from heavy to light armor (and back), switch an amulet item to tail slot (and back), and change an outfit's hide amulet and rings state.

since 2.23:
Tweaked the scripting. you no longer need the console fix if you left the room by any other means than the door.

since 2.20:
Changed the much overused portal model into something more original. Tweaked the room's lighting to something less bright (and less yellow). replaced the amulet with a scroll.

since 2.11:
Added a chest that'll strip enchanted items from their enchantment. made the alchemy desk into a container. switched to a wider shelves bookshelf that works with auto-placing mods.

since 2.10:
Made a cleanup of some unintentional refferences, added yet two more containers.

since 2.04:
Replaced the blood potions barrel, which was a left over from the very first version (and useless for me) with a barrel that can clean a stolen tag from an item.

since 2.03:
Someone suggested book shelves, I coudn't see why not so I added two book shelves instead of the wine rack in the living room, which was s little useless. also made some minor adjustments to room's layout.

since 2.01:
now that I have HDR, I realized that some areas are extremely bright and several overlapping light sources, some changes have been made.

since 2.0:
Fixed the ingredients multiplier script to deal with general and quest items.
