Only a BETA version, I do not have enough time to commit to releasing a full version, but I am releasing it due to multiple requests.

It is a simple re-texture of Rekicker's Nippy clothing V3 Body Suit

Installation:
Choose one of the textures (outfitf.dds)(Default is Science, with the option of security or engineering textures) place it in:

C:/Program Files/Bethseda Softworks/Fallout 3/Data/Textures/Armor/Wastelandsettler01

Take the outfit.nif file, and place in:

C:/Program Files/Bethseda Softworks/Fallout 3/Data/meshes/Armor/Wastelandsettler01/f

add:
meshes/armor/wastelandsettler01/f/outfit
textures/armor/wastelandsettler01/outfitf
to your "Archive Invalidation" file

Uninstallation:
Remove the outfitf.dds file from textures/armor/wastelandsettler01

Remove the outfit.nif file from meshes/armor/wastelandsettler01

remover the lines:
meshes/armor/wastelandsettler01/f/outfit
textures/armor/wastelandsettler01/outfitf
from your "Archive Invalidation" file
