Shield On Back Revived

Mod is now updated to version 3.1, with new handling of files to make creating of back versions easier. Please remove RC5 before downloading!

This is a revival of my previous mod, Tycho's Shield On Back 2.0. That
version, while it functioned, was quite buggy and didnt work for alot of
shields.

This version however, will! Due to some updates to OBSE (Oblivion Script
Extender) the mod has had some new life breathed into it:

> Adds a "Lesser Power" to your spell list that acts as a toggle. Cast
it once and it will swap the shield to your back, cast it again and
it will return the shield to your hand.

> Now works with all Vanilla, shivering isles, knights of the nine, and
player enchanted versions of all of those! (Yes thats right, you can
enchant your shield and it will still put it on your back!)

> Built in support for other mods to add their own back version. All
that the modder needs to do is create 1 mesh, place it in the same
directory as their shield, name both the original and back version a
certain way, and it will work, no need for them to create their own
scripts to do it!

This mod now requires OBSE v0010 or above, however I suggest you use the
latest version (v0014 as of this readme). You can get it here:
