Ok ... I downloaded more than 5 different applications... but none of them can take screenshots or record while i'm playing DOS games like Volfied...
Could someone please recommend me a good app ?
Found the best one for old games , and by old I mean old : DOS BOX it also has screen capture/recording options :) http://www.dosbox.com/

I'm not aware of any good screen capturing programs, can't you just press (Alt + PrtScr) on the keyboard?
It should take a snapshot of what your currently looking at, you can then paste the captured image into paint or any graphical image program.
I dunno if it works in DOS however...
I have used DOSBOX, its great

have you not tried fraps? like it is a free software which allows you to take screenshots and allows you to record 30 seconds of video at a time unless you buy the full thing. like i use fraps for taking pictures in oblivion, i can use it as well on halo 1 and 2, fallout, the cs, some fan made games, even a very old game which was made in the late 80's called marathon, so basically fraps may work for what you want to do, here is a link to their main website...

... i hope that helps...
