But no one seemed satisfied. you will also realize that the name of my mod is taken from this mod here: http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1814 . I highly recommend that mod for fallout 3, however my mod was based off his idea, I did make mine completely from scratch. People keep asking this and yes, HELMETS WILL PROTECT YOUR HEAD. If you want to use this mod in your mod, you must contact me for permission and apply proper credit.
