the rez file out download and just place it into your avp2 files
start game go to options and then command line you type
-rez rainbow.rez
and then under it put cross in:
X always specify these command-line parameters
and its done

em just pack a hole bunch of skins together like a mappack
builders of the skins will hate me for stealing there skins
anyway thx to king kenny, acidglow, mofo, wacktool and many others
who i forget
also has cheat skins in it to i know the goal is however to build the
best of the best skinpack ever and thats all i care for after years
of searching the best skins stil i find it not ready anyway its
extreme inoff and ill always improve it
building time ±100 hours of downloading & testing over the years
