how do i change the bmi files when i take a screen shot to j-peg? i have heard some people talking of a program to do that and it is possible through fraps but with that i will have to pay what i do not like doing because it involves writing down my details to people i do not know, so if anyone can help me, please will they...

However, in Fraps you can change the format of your screenshot

To the right, you can select the format of your next screenshots.
I also looked for other converters, but couldn't find anything.
Btw, Fraps is actually for free even though the website says "Buy". I guess you can buy some extra functions, but I doubt that you'll need them...

You can also simply open the BMP file in Paint (or any graphics editing program) and then save it as a .jpg image.
