============Intro===========
Is your wasteland wanderer unfit to survive the horrors of everyday life? Is his brilliance constantly threatened by the deadly machinations of man and beast, or the cruel mastication of an assailing Deathclaw?

Fear no longer, my friends, for I bring you the personal plasma shield generator. With this device, the user inputs complex environmental and situational data in order to create a stable reactive plasma field around (him/her)self, completely negating a certain amount of attacks made against the user before running out of power. The more savvy the user is with technology, the more efficient the plasma shields become, thus absorbing more attacks! In addition, a particularly advanced user can push the device beyond it's normal safe operating parameters to create incredibly powerful and unstable effects. Miraculous!

===========Details==========
Places a shield control device in the players inventory. To use the device simply hotkey and activate it outside of your PipBoy. The device provides protection against X attacks made against the user based on their Intellect and their Science skill. Maximum shield strength is determined like so:

Intellect, plus a one point bonus at 2,4,6,8, and 10. For example, an Intellect of 5 would provide 7 shield points. 6 Intellect would provide 9 shield points. 10 Intellect would award you 15.
+
Science, one shield point for every 10 points in science, plus an additional point at 20,40,60,80, and 100. IE: 20 Science = 3 shield points. 50 Science = 7. 100 Science = 15.

With 10 Intellect and 100 Science skill you have the maximum of 30 shield strength. Shields regenerate to their maximum potential at a rate of 1 every 10-25 seconds (determined by your repair skill), and regenerate at a slower rate when active.

======Special Features======
-Companion Compatibility: Give the shield control device to your companion most in need of defense and they will utilize it to the best of their abilities. Take heed, though! The strength of the shields are determined by the Intellect and Science skill of whoever is using it, and companions are stupid! Completely unworthy of such a boon. This crippling disability to think properly also prevents them from using any overload functions.

-Hardcore Mode: When toggled, hardcore mode causes the shields to slowly drain whenever they are active. Highly recommended for more balanced gameplay and tactical thinking. If hardcore mode is active (For the game, not the shields), this is always on and can not be turned off. Hardcore!

-Auto Mode: When toggled, this causes the shields to activate on their own if certain conditions are met. This is useful if you don't feel like opening up the control menu every time you want to activate or deactivate your shields. Auto Mode conditions include: Always On, which causes your shields to remain active at all times and will turn on as soon as it has enough power to do so(Not recommended if you are using hardcore mode). Combat Only, which will turn on as soon as you are in combat and deactivate when the threat is eliminated (Recommended if hardcore mode is in use). Allies always have their shields on, and are unaffected by hardcore mode. Perhaps they aren't so dumb after all? Nah, they totally are.

-OVERLOAD: At 50+ Science skill the player gains the ability to overload their shields for varying devastating effects. The effect imparted is powerful but brief, and causes the device to burn out and become inoperative for a varying (but long!) period of time. All overloading options require 50+ science skill, but some require other skills.

-50+ Science: [Overload Shield]
-50+ Sneak: [Stealth Field]
-25+ Energy Weapons, 50+ Explosives: [Plasma Discharge]
-100 Energy Weapons, 100 Science: [Time Dilation]

Overloading is intended to be a tactical choice, and most are best used defensively. If you overload can you defeat your enemies in time or escape before your vulnerable flesh is exposed? Should you overload now, or absorb a few more hits first? If you absorb a few more hits, will you have enough power to overload?

===========WARNING==========
A character of exceptionally low Intellect and laughably poor Science skill should probably not monkey around with this device. Exceptionally powerful forces are at the mercy of this technology, and those who play with fire are likely to be burned. Also, watch out for EMP grenades/Mines when using shields. They'll ruin your day.
