New Halo Reach Trailer...

A new halo Reach trailer has been released but this time it is the World Premiere, here is the link to the youtube video of the trailer...

... believe me, i can not wait until this game comes out, i love halo, i have read the book of halo reach called "the fall of reach" and just by seeing this, i can see bungie has perfectly made what i imagined the planet reach to be. for a bit of background infomation of this from me, reach was the UNSC's most important planet. more important then earth itself, it had huge titanium deposits which was used to make the space navy of the UNSC, this is also the planet where the master chief was trained up to be a spartan from the age of six, this was not his home planet, but to him, it was his home, and he believed it would never fall. but on the 30th of august 2552 the planet is glassed by 300-900 covenant ships against 100 UNSC ships, it was a massacre, destroying the planet and apparently killing all the remaining spartans apart from John who was in high orbit trying to destroy a information crystal in a UNSC stealth ship [if you want to learn what happened to the Spartans on reach, you are going to have to read the ghosts of onyx, i am not spolling it for anyone... ]

DR hasley, the creator of the spartan two project, was in a underground facility called "the castle" several miles under ground when the covenant was attacking the planet[if people are wondering, cortana is a copy of dr hasley as a AI but she has the physical appearance of a younger dr hasley especially seeing that dr hasley during the time of the fall of reach was around her early 50's]but anyways, if you want to learn what happens to the Spartans, you have to read the books. but anyways, by what i can see in this trailer you play as a spartan, but it is likely not to be jhon due to he is in high orbit when this is happening, but the women in the blue armor with the robotic arm is called Kelley, she is Johns best friend [sort of his girl friend] she fought on reach itself with the other Spartans, so it is possible you will fight with her in this game.

this though lead to something quite scary to me though, at the end of halo 3, everyone thinks that the master chief is heading towards the destroyed ruins of reach, but i have read the books, and it is most likely he is heading towards a shield world known as onyx [to do with the book, the ghosts of onyx] so this means the fight will continue possibly in another game of halo to show what is going to happen to John, but i believe this game is being released so everyone knows Johns story, and what happened to the Spartans after reach, so does this mean there will be an even more exciting game after this? we will have to see...

... but either way, there are some fantastic games coming from bungie in the next few years, which to be honest, i can not wait for, like it maybe around another nine months until halo reach comes out, but i am already shaking with excitement... :)

The video looks awesome, the new game gives the impression that is much darker compared to released Halo titles.

I've previously played Halo 1 with a friend and even won it on the Legendary difficulty.

I was upset that Halo 2 did not have a coop mode on the PC versions. I think the games I've remembered most have been played through with a friend.

Its interesting to hear that there are fictional books based around the Halo universe. From your post it sounds like the Bungie team have some epic titles on the drawing boards.
