Morrowind Vs Oblivion. Which has the best Mods?

Which game has the best Mods?

There are thousands of mods for these games, OOO, MMM, FCOM, OBSE, MWSE, Morrowind Enhanced just to name a few.

But overall which game has the best Mods and why?

For me having played both... it would have to be Oblivion, the OBSE utility broke boundaries and gave mod makers much more capability. MMM was awesome too, it brought the game to life.

I wanted to say Oblivion but after seeing the pictures ... wow ! the Morrowind graphic mods might be /if they aren't , better than Oblivion's.

@Exorince : what mods are you using ? I might start playing Morrowind again.

You should check out Vality's videos. This one here is absolutely amazing:

I'm currently using Morrowind Graphics Extender, heavily modified ENBSeries, all of Vality's mods (the trees and grass) and tons of other graphic replacers.
