Morrowind Vs Oblivion. Which has the best Mods?

Weapons, armour, graphic alterations are all nice, but are eyecandy.

In Oblivion, Deadly Reflex did it for me. Deadly Reflex turns basic gameplay into lol fun. Sneak up, decapitate victim, laugh and repeat. Does Morrowind have a similiar mod?

While the Graphic mods mentioned by Exo really look great, I still say that Oblivion wins this race, not because of the great mods which are available for it by now, but because of the sheer amount of mods. Think about it, there's something for every taste and this is the ultimate advantage of Oblivion today.
