Life Detect Reduced

Version 1.0
by CDCooley

Oblivion's Life Detected shader obscures NPCs faces and clothing.
This is a minor tweak to make it less annoying by making the cloud
effect fall toward the ground instead of just hovering in place.

In the dialog view it now looks more like breath falling to the
ground than a giant blob obscuring the NPC faces.

From a distance you can still see the effect, but because it falls
towards the ground you can still see the NPCs and creatures if
they are in reasonable lighting.

INSTALLATION

Just drop the ESP in your data folder and selected it.
If you use Wrye Bash it can be merged into your Bashed Patch.

INCOMPATIBILITY

This only modifies a few properies of the Life Detected shader, so
the only conflicts would be with other mods which do the same.
Load this after the other mod if you want my effect or don't load
it at all if you prefer the other mod's version.

Merging the downward motion with a mod that changes the color of
the effect is easy to do in TES4Edit but I'm not interested in that.
Do whatever you want with this mod, but if you modify it and think
your changes are better please share by publishing your version or
sending me a note.
