Description

This is my test mod manager for Just Cause 2 made in MicroSoft Visual Basic 2010.

This program is V0.9 beta, so still in development. There may be bugs, crashes etc. with this, so use at your own risk.

This infomation will be put in the help in the program in V1.0:

To use

1. Set the initial directorys (Options>Directorys).
2. Choose 'File' > 'Mod manager'.
3. Choose 'Add' to bring up the new mod package window.
4. Next type a name for the package in the name box.
5. Now select 'Add' for each file that will be in the package.
6. Then press 'Save' (or something similar...)
7. Now that window will close and you will back to the manager.
8. On this screen, tick the mods that you wish to be active and untick the ones you don't.[1]
9. Finally press 'Save' to install and uninstall any mods.

Remember, this program is still in alpha testing. I personally have done very little testing so there may be many bugs which I would like you to all report please. After recieveing reports I will improve the code before releasing 0.9 Beta and then the final version.

Thank you all very much.
Wibble

Rapid 2011-02-11 16:47:15 Hello... When I try to inall it gives me this error... (when trying to launch it basically) http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/2448/asdasdasdask.png now i checked some palces that i need powerpacks 3 i downloaded and it still doesnt work... maybe u can change it for version 9.0.0 or something... I know in my windows/assembly it shows my visualbasic.powerpack is version 9.0.0 and I dont have the file to change it so it makes it version 10... maybe if u can upload it.. microsoft.visualbasic.powerpack 10... The program also requires powerpack.Vs? What is the VS? u sure its right? :(

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I've been doing a small amount of research into the PowerPack problem.
There is a fix for this but it would be a very complicated procedure for not very much in return.
Therefore, since version 0.9 is almost done, I will remove the component that requires the PowerPack, so hopefully you won't need it any more.

Thanks, Wibble

Alby_94 2011-02-20 10:39:01 UHM .... the PowerPack problem is still here, I've the same problem of "Rapid", even in version 0.9 ... What should I do?

Okay, thanks for telling me that. The problem was (I think anyway, please check the new 0.95 beta) that although I removed the component that needed this, I failed to remove the reference that in automatically created when I added the rectangle (yes, all it was was a little rectangle ).

Thanks, Wibble
