how do you get mods on to an xbox? can you use a flashdrive to put mods from your computer to xbox?

Yes there is a way, you put the mod into the saved game somehow.

You use a program called Modio, which you can get here - http://www.game-tuts.com/community/modio.php

All the info on how to use modio is there aswell, as i dont use it im afraid i cannot direct you to any good places to get the mods it uses, im sure if you look around game tuts you will find all the info you need.
