This mod makes the bullet holes on glass look better by replacing the default low resolution texture with a new high res texture and normal map.
Shouldn't decrease performance, unless your computer is very slow.

Installing

To install, simply extract the contents of the archive to (install folder)Fallout 3Data


To uninstall the mod, go to 'Fallout 3DataTexturesdecals' and delete these two files:
