this mod adds a new Steel like armor, a new helmet, a new shield and a new sword to the IC Market district. sold by adamus in the Merchant's inn.

extract the archive to your oblivion\data folder and overwrite when asked.
run the oblivion launcher.
click on the data files.
check the IE-MercenaryArmor.esp.
Play and enjoy!
