As with a lot of weapon textures in FNV, I thought the Holorifle was much too bland looking. After some tweaking I've ended up with this, it's only a 2048x2048 res but it just gives the weapon a lot more character.
TECHNICAL STUFF:
This retexture requires Dead Money, only the texture files are contained.
This is a replacer. Drop and drag the Data folder into your FNV Main folder and you should be good to go. If you need to invalidate it should be as easy as ever.
Uninstallation is as simple as heading into your data files and deleting the .dds.
I'm happy for people to modify it themselves, just let me know if your going to be uploading anything with it in.
ALSO: This retex also works with deekdd's Holo-Carbine mesh as his model doesn't use any custom texs. Oh and it's sweet so you should download it anyway. :)
