Okay, so after some trouble shooting everything should be running smoothly.

The home features a bed, fridge, workbench, chemistry set, reloading bench, a campfire outside, a radio inside, some storage space, and a fast travel point for no more headaches!

Conveniently located next to Victor's Home in "down"town Goodsprings.

Let me know what you think if you like it, and what you'd like fixed if you dont!

There is now only one file. The key to the house may be obtained by following the trail spun by a note left on the porch of the home, or by cheating :p.

Check the readme if your a cheapo and want to get in quickly, otherwise follow my 5 minute "quest" and get the key legit :)

Companions should be ok now.
Named containers and fixed placement of stuff in basement.
Removed Chemistry set - use the Doc's
Fixed medkits
renamed some stuff
everything should be non-spawning, as well as belong to the player now. thus no losing stuff.
removed the 10mm smg
added a note in the basement
