Considering it's my favorite game and truly got me into gaming TES: Daggerfall. Grim Fandango, Myst, and Prince of Persia: Sands of Time come in second. >.>
Edit: Oh and of course, I can't believe I forgot! The Original Silent Hill. Grant you Silent Hill 2 is the best and perhaps my second favorite game ever but that was made in 2002 if I recall. Also I might be mixed up with Sand of Time. Wasn't it released 2000? Or perhaps I'm mixing it up with another Prince of Persia game?

Daggerfall was great I spent many hours playing it. I even tried to make some mods for it too. I only had the demo of Grim Fandango and Myst. They looked ok.
Most of my favourite games were on the PC, Commodore Amiga, Genesis and the Jaguar.
