Erins Improved Weather

DESCRIPTION

erin's_improved_weather adds damage to ash storms, blight storms and blizzards. it also adds spell effects to thunderstorms and blight storms: thunderstorms will add a "burden" effect and blight storms add a "sound" effect, increasing chances of casting failure. in addition, blight storms and blizzards drain fatigue. future versions may (optionally) add the same effects to companions and/or other npcs. of course, for obvious reasons (not breaking quests with NPCs in ridiculously inhospitable climes), this will be user-configurable, if i even figure out how to do it.
