Good News is I actually inserted The Gate Guardian into the mod, and I think I know how to get him to patrol. Badnews I think I modded the wrong esp, since when it's last in the load order the terrain gets borky, when the other is last it looks fine however there's no map for Dusaar.... Ughhh...
I can see building a world out of this mod is going to be a major headache already. If the Terra pack doesn't have the creatues and whatnot built in, I can't use it. Then what? I'm going to have to figure this out, perhaps dare merge the two esps.
I'm too tired to keep this up... I'll sort this mess out tomorrow.

Some of those screen shots are awesome Strange Angel, who would of thought Oblivion could look like that.
Its a completely different landscape compared to the Tamriel that we all know.
I'm tempted to try the mod out myself now.

Please remember to comment, it helps to encourage modders with their work.

@ Sluggy:
It's really a pretty place, and it's very big on top of it. It even has its own weather such as varying sandstorms, though I have yet to see one, though I did in a youtube video. However there is very, very little content. After exploring the place with a fine tooth comb I didn't find any monsters, any NPC's, nothing outside the Stargate Temple, and the two guards there. Well there's also a small town of sorts, but it has no inhabitants and no interiors, plus for some odd reason it makes my FPS spike like no other mod I've ever played in Olbivion, which is really strange considering the textures don't appear to be super high resolution, there's no activity in the town, no nothing. But that place really slows down the game for me for unknown reasons.
If anything Dune is a great potential resource for world building. Especially considering it has the basic landmass already nicely laid out for you. I think it's particularly useful for people like myself who want to learn how to build architecture, and add NPC's into the game without tweaking or finding loopholes. That's what I hope to accomplish with this, basically teach myself how to actually build within the game its self. As of now my skills are pretty much weapon creation using existing meshes, armor creation using existing meshes, well item creation in general with existing meshes, I can't mesh or texture if my life depended on it. Spell creation, some mild knowledge of scripting, and animations (animations thanks to MAO) NPC altering, race altering and building with existing meshes, a few other small odds and ends and that's about it. While that seems like a lot, I usually need something to use as an archetype to build off of. Therefore I spend most of my time tweaking various mods, sometimes on a small scale sometimes on a large scale. But in terms of actual world building, I'm terrible.
@Keylek
Thank you as always. I may need some help, we'll see how things go. I might be missing one file. I ran into a serious problem with the mod last night after adding the guards. The World Map vanished. So I changed the load order, and regained the world map but the sand textures in various spots all over Dusaar became dirt! I then tried to edit the Terrain esp, with no luck. It won't open in the CS no matter what. I think it may be that the mod just doesn't want me using Beautiful People as a esm, nor the race mod I used for the Sentinels. It seems very finicky. I found another esp, a resource esp that I may try to alter. Give it one more shot trying to do it my way (the easy way), but if that fails I may need to add the races by hand, which with the Ayelid's will be a pain! Considering the vast amount of eyes in Beautiful People you know? Its doable but a huge headache.
If I do by chance hit a brick wall that I can't climb over while attempting to mod this, I will likely ask for your advice. You're much better at this stuff than I am, but at least this will help me learn.
