I didn't realize but Blizzard released some new videos in August of this year illustrating the new Artisan feature in the upcoming Diablo 3 game.

The Artisans are essentially craftsmen which allow you to upgrade and repair your items.

J Wilson from Blizzard illustrates some of the new features in the game in the following video.
