Its update time. This time its the Dark Apprentice for the game Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, by The Source that has been updated with a little new content and bug fixes for this 2.0 release that has been finally completed and released to the public here on FileFront.
To summarize what you will get in this mod: You will get a chance to run into Bastila Shan on the planets of Telos and Dantooine. Mission Vao is mentioned, but not seen. Remember the legendary Nomi Sunrider? She was brought up once by Jolee Bindo in the first Knights of the Old Republic game. She makes an appearance on Nar Shaddaa.
Modules on Nar Shaddaa, especially the docks area have had a makeover done to them in terms of how they physically look. Bastila Shan will be a selectable head along with dark side transitions and will have new skin textures for her default style clothing.
There are some optional skins to install in this mod like dark side Bastila clothing and a younger looking version of Kreia in her Darth Traya colored clothing. Those are in the "You Choose" folder you will see once you have unzipped the contents of the mod.
The main objective to this mod is the fact that it adds a new story to it that begins just outside of the Ithorian complex on Telos. Other members who helped contribute or advised on this mod are Jae Onasi, Darth InSidious, Darth Reign, T7nowhere, Commas, Darth Moeller, Darth333, Stoffe, and ChAiNz.2da.
The biggest update this mod brings you is the convenience for non-modders; that is the TSL Patcher will be used to install it. There were other bugs fixed in this release that are listed on the readme file. Make sure you read it. Enjoy the updated version! big grin
