Ultimate Follower Overhaul - Comments

This is a great mod and thank you. However, I haven't been able to use it.
I have installed it several times now, manually and most recently using NMM and still no follower(s) in the location(s) they're supposed to be. I am not new to modding having used them for Dragon Age and DAII and I have had no issues installing the other Skyrim mods except for Lunari preset, well presets in general but that's another story.
I have a follower count of zero, the UFO .bsa and .esp are at the bottom of the Data folder. I have even completely unistalled the game and save games and re-installed and still nothing. NMM tells me all should be good.
Please help as I'm really at a loss and would love to use the awesome follower mods available.
