CCEdit -- a Command and Conquer Editor

CCEdit v4, written by Andrew Griffin

==============================================================

!!BETA RELEASE NOTE!!

This is the second and final beta test for CCEdit v4. The next

release will be the final version.

Everything except the Undo functions are implemented in this version, hence this being labelled as Beta 0.91.

You are now able to edit everything - and this editing is context sensitive (ie editing a payload is slightly different from editing a decimal number).

BTW - I've removed that stupid keyboard handler so the keyboard lights aren't being messed around with any more.

Also, it will always attempt to use VESA rather than going in to native mode on your video card. This is in the hope that it will fix some problems with video cards (namely Matrox and ATI mach64 cards).

Bug Fix: Version 0.9 had a nasty bug in it where you could edit the name offset for structures. Thanks to WarZone for picking this up.
