Ammo Merchant Shalala

Shalala is a merchant located under Megaton Plaza. The trap door to her house is right outside the Brass Lantern. Her respawning merchant chest has 11,111 of each type of vanilla ammo, 11,111 bobbypins and 250 bottle caps. She offers repair services and can repair your items to around 70%.

Their is no lore or backstory for this, because I just don't care about such things.
