CLEAR SKY 1.5.04 AMK Sleeping bag mod

Basically the standalone AMK sleeping bag mod ported to Clear Sky.
This was released on the Oblivion-lost forum as a german version, I just
translated the sleep menu to english.
Original authors can be found in the credits.

KNOWN ISSUES:

-Only one I came across was,that the sleeping bag is missing description in the popup
info window.

-The text is a bit misaligned in the sleep menu.

-Also, the sleeping sounds seem to have invalid ogg comments.
