I put a deposit on this game today as it comes out here on the 16th of this month.
If it's anything like the first game it will be awesome. From some previews I've read it will be darker and "madder." Poor Alice.
EDIT: ROFL at the end of the second video.

Gotta admit I am really looking towards getting my hands on this game.
There is no such thing as a stupid question, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots.

I got teh game I'm playing it right now and loving it. It's true the gameplay is pretty simple but it's a very compelling game and since I got the xbox360 version I also got the original Alice for free. All in all I'm very glad I got it :D

Yes! I got the PC DVD version of Alice this week and it's all I expected it to be. Excellent music, great gameplay and mechanics and beautiful graphics. I was happy to find it runs well on my two year old system as well and I didn't have to lower any settings.
I was a bit annoyed with EA's protection system and how long it took to actually install the game with having to give an email address and password to access the site to register and decrypt the files so I could actually play it, but thankfully it went without a hitch. It's seems like punishing paying customers to me and I can see why so many people gripe about EA.
I also wish they had included a manual or at least a PDF one, otherwise the only way to read it is with the game running. All I got was a thin two page pamphlet explaining how to install and contact them for support if necessary. That didn't impress me. Their reasoning for no printed real manual was a small note to say they are saving on paper for ecology reasons. Cheap, is my opinion considering the game cost me $89 Australian.
I amused myself watching a series of game play videos on Youtube yesterday. The guy narrating is fun to listen to and it's very entertaining watching him play. I don't care if it shows what's coming up for me in further levels as I'll probably forget by the time I get there.
This is video number five. He's up to number six atm, so I'm waiting for him to post the next installment.
